摘 要：在恩德粉煤氣化爐分離器后串聯(lián)1臺(tái)高溫反應(yīng)器，將煤氣中的帶出物進(jìn)行二次反應(yīng)，可以使煤氣中的有效氣體積分?jǐn)?shù)由70％提高至80％左右，碳利用率可由87％左右提高至95％以上，冷煤氣效率由80.0％提高至88.5％，年增經(jīng)濟(jì)效益1149萬(wàn)元，3年可收回成本。通過(guò)對(duì)模擬計(jì)算結(jié)果分析，串聯(lián)高溫反應(yīng)器是可行的。
