摘 要：烘爐的四大因素是負壓、液化氣流量、風(fēng)門開度和氣化爐液位，烘爐的效果直接影響投科時間和耐火磚的使用壽命。圍繞這四大因素，對烘爐時出現(xiàn)的負壓波動、渣口堵塞、無負壓、開工抽引器放空處冒濃煙等故障進行分析和排查，為氣化爐的穩(wěn)定運行提供有利條件。
