摘 要：以褐煤為原料，對幾種煤氣化技術(shù)即殼牌粉煤氣化技術(shù)、航天爐粉煤氣化技術(shù)、GSP氣化技術(shù)、BGL氣化技術(shù)和五環(huán)爐氣化技術(shù)的先進性及適用性進行分析；提出在褐煤的干燥和輸送能夠滿足工業(yè)運行的前提下，優(yōu)先推薦選用粉煤氣流床激冷流程氣化技術(shù)，符合現(xiàn)代煤氣化技術(shù)發(fā)展方向；氣化爐設(shè)置應該考慮多爐互備運行。

Analysis of Advancement and Applicability of Several Gasification Technologies

Abstract: Taking the lignite as the raw material for example，analyze advancement and applicability for several gasification technologies which are Shell pulverized coal gasification，HT-L coal gasification，BGL coal gasification and WH gasification technology. Under the premise of lignite drying and conveying being able to meet the industry operation requirements，recommend firstly using of pulverized coal entrained flow bed gasification technology with quenching process，and the gasification unit should be equipted with more gasifiers for backup. This choice is in the line with direction of modern coal gasification technology development.

近年來，我國石化產(chǎn)業(yè)穩(wěn)步發(fā)展，2010年全行業(yè)實現(xiàn)總產(chǎn)值8.88萬億元，同比增長34.1%。“十二五”期間，我國仍將處于工業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)化加快發(fā)展的重要階段，石化產(chǎn)品國內(nèi)需求旺盛，將推動石化產(chǎn)業(yè)進一步發(fā)展。但是，我國石油對外依存度不斷增加，獲取原油資源難度逐步加大，人們開始更多關(guān)注煤炭深加工形成的化工產(chǎn)品。
煤化工是我國化學工業(yè)的重要組成部分，煤化工行業(yè)的發(fā)展對于緩解我國石油、天然氣等優(yōu)質(zhì)能源供需矛盾，促進鋼鐵、化工、輕工和農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展起到了必要的補充作用。我國煤炭資源相對豐富，為科學合理、高效利用煤炭資源，保障國家能....
