摘 要：概述了GSP干煤粉氣化技術(shù)的發(fā)展、工藝和特點，介紹了引進該氣化技術(shù)建成的GSP干煤粉氣化裝置在試車過程中出現(xiàn)的粉煤密相輸送不穩(wěn)定、點火燒嘴檢測不到火焰、水冷壁超溫和黑水系統(tǒng)工藝波動大等主要問題。采取相應的整改措施后，單臺爐最長運行時間可達到63 h。
